a little about me

On my site, www.azulitas.com, this is what I have to say about myself…

Azulita means “Little Blue” in Spanish and features the artwork of Jennifer Long de Herrera, an American artist greatly influenced by the 8 years she spent living in the south of Mexico. Her palette was enhanced and brightened by the tropical sun. Though she and her family have returned to the United States her art still reflects the color and patterns she experienced in Mexico. Jennifer’s wide eyed faces, swirls and birds, bright colors and intricate details invite the viewer to look again and again.

This doesn’t speak much to the blog or the spiritual journey I’d eventually like to share here. But it will do for now.In case you feel like buying some art… I’m experimenting with uploading some of my images to an ImageKind Gallery. and I am trying to set up an Etsy shop.
